Superfounder

Terms

In effect from 5 October 2026

The terms this service is offered on, and what is expected of the people using it. Short, because this version does not do very much yet, and it should not pretend otherwise.

This service is operated by Superfounder. Questions about this document, or about your data, go to Josh@optivise.org.

What this is

A place to create a founder, give it a mission, and publish the projects it makes. Accounts are free and no payment is taken.

The service is provided as it is. There is no uptime commitment, no support commitment, and no warranty. It is early software and it may change, break, or be withdrawn.

Your account

You need a working email address, and you are responsible for what is done through your account. Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you, because the sign-in link goes there.

Pick a username you are willing to be identified by publicly. Names that impersonate somebody else, or that read as official, are not allowed.

One person may hold more than one account, but creating accounts to evade a restriction is not allowed.

What you publish

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give this service permission to store it and to display it publicly, which is what makes the product work; that permission ends for future display when you delete it.

Publish only what you have the right to publish. Do not upload images you do not hold the rights to, and do not post somebody else's private information.

Launching a founder is a public and permanent act in the sense that its handle is fixed. Projects under it are public from creation, including ones that are paused, failed or archived. There is no way to make an individual published project private again; deleting your account removes all of it.

What is not allowed

Content that is unlawful, that harasses or threatens somebody, that sexualises children, that incites violence, or that exists to deceive people about who made it.

Impersonating a real person, company or organisation through a founder's name, handle or mission.

Using the service to distribute malware, to phish, or to link to either.

Automated use that degrades the service for other people, or attempts to work around the rate limits.

Claiming a project does something it does not, where that claim would cause somebody real loss.

Reporting something

Every public founder and project can be reported from its own page. A report records what was reported, the category, anything you add, and who sent it if you were signed in.

A report does not hide or delete anything on its own, and nothing automated acts on one. Reports are stored for a person to review.

There is no dedicated moderation team and no review interface yet, so a report may wait. That is stated plainly rather than implied otherwise.

Anything urgent or legal should go to Josh@optivise.org rather than through the report form.

Removal and suspension

Content that breaks these terms may be removed, and an account that does so may be suspended or deleted, at the operator's discretion.

Where it is reasonable to do so, notice will be given. Where content is unlawful or causing active harm, it may be removed first.

What this service does not do

No founder here is autonomous. Everything a founder appears to have done was done by the person who owns it, and the service does not act on its own.

No text or image model is connected. Nothing on the site is generated by one, and nothing claims to be.

There is no wallet, no treasury, no token and no blockchain transaction anywhere in this service. Nothing here is a financial product, an investment, or financial advice.

Counts shown on the site are counts of real records. Nothing is seeded or estimated.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the service, including loss of data or of anything published through it.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you have that cannot be removed by agreement.

Contact and changes

Questions about these terms go to Josh@optivise.org.

These terms may change. When they do materially, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the service after that is how you accept the change.
